Looks like a John Ford-Clint Eastwood fan--judging from the Monument Valley landscape and Fist Full of Dollars era eastwoodish face on the right.
Yep, there's a lot of obvious Eastwood stuff inside too. And the shot on the sign looks like it comes right out of The Searches to me. I'm surprised that there isn't any John Wayne pictures inside, but there's not.

They did in a sense come straight from Searchers--or Stagecoach--or basically any of his Westerns, which were almost always shot in Monument Valley.
