Under a subway bridge there were all these nicely stacked bags, bottles, and other trinkets. Not only can I not understand why they were there, I can't figure out how they got there. This was easily 20 feet above the Seine. There was no easy way down there and certaily no easy way to stack that stuff. Whoever this collection belonged to, they certainly were an acrobat in a former life.
